DENVER (AP) — Denver Broncos linebacker D.J. Williams has left Saturday’s game against the Seattle Seahawks with a sprained right elbow.
Williams was injured when he tackled Seattle running back Thomas Clayton after a 2-yard gain with 9:15 left in the first quarter. Williams left the field and went to the Denver locker room.
The Broncos said Williams will not return to the game.
Williams has led the Broncos in tackling the last two seasons and in three of the last four years.
