Recent commercial real estate transactions as reported by area brokerage firms.

Agile Services, mortgage broker, has leased 1,344 square feet of retail space at Orchards Center, 10411 N.E. Fourth Plain Road, Suite 101, Vancouver. Pam Lindloff of Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the landlord.

Dealerships IDS, a local software company, has leased 2,122 square feet of space at The Glen, 3400 S.E. 196th Ave., Suite 100, Camas, from Terrace LLC. Adam Roselli and Deborah Ewing of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord.

Liberty Investment LLC, selling ethnic grocery items, has leased 2,400 square feet of retail space at Orchards Center, 10411 N.E. Fourth Plain Blvd., Suite 133, Vancouver. Pam Lindloff of Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the landlord.

Matt McConnell has leased 870 square feet of space at Burton Plaza, 11015 N.E. Burton Road, Vancouver, to operate a barber shop. Deborah Ewing of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord.

Ten Talents, an investment business, has purchased two adjoining retail buildings, totaling 25,000 square feet, at 806 and 808 Main St., Vancouver, from Brent B. and Barbara L. Baldwin. The sale price was $800,000. Charlie Kleier and Pam Lindloff of Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the buyer. Ryan O’Leary of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller.

Yian Non and Nary Lee, dba Orchards Rice Bowl, has leased 960 square feet of retail space at Orchards Center, 10411 N.E. Fourth Plain Blvd., Suite 105, Vancouver. Pam Lindloff of Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the landlord.
