As the 10-year anniversary of 9/11 approaches, we can see the very substantial progress that is has been made with new construction and the accompanying memorial at Ground Zero. Perhaps we should have invited some of those nasty New Yorkers to manage the now 10-year-old, with zero real progress, Columbia River Crossing project.
