BATTLE GROUND, Wash. (AP) — Washington’s newest member of Congress, Rep. Jaime Herrera Beutler, has been holding town hall meetings in her southwest Washington district.
The latest meeting is Thursday night at Battle Ground.
KLOG reports Herrera Beutler met a capacity crowd Tuesday night at the Cowlitz PUD auditorium in Longview to talk about the federal budget and answer questions.
The Republican said federal spending must be cut.
