TUCSON, Ariz. (AP) — The trial of a woman accused in a double killing in southern Arizona was briefly halted after a potential witness violated a court order.

The Arizona Daily Star says a woman who’s the founder of various Web sites supporting defendant Shawna Forde came into the courtroom in disguise Thursday and was quickly escorted out.

Pima County Superior Court Judge John Leonardo asked Laine Lawless if she didn’t understand his earlier order that she and all possible witnesses in the trial aren’t allowed in the courtroom until after attorneys release them from their subpoenas. Leonardo told Lawless that she’ll be jailed if she violates his order again.

The 42-year-old Forde and two co-defendants are charged with first-degree murder in the May 2009 killings of a man and his 9-year-old daughter in Arivaca during a home invasion.
