KLAMATH FALLS, Ore. (AP) — A southern Oregon woman has divorced the man she is accused of shooting in the chest.
The Herald and News reports a judge in Klamath Falls signed the order dissolving the marriage of Elizabeth Bray and Donald Bray on June 21.
Elizabeth Bray is set to go to trial August 31 on an assault charge alleging that she shot her husband in the chest with a 9mm handgun last November. She has pleaded not guilty.
Investigators said the shooting followed an argument that escalated.
