SEATTLE (AP) — A 12-year-old Issaquah girl who pleaded guilty to cyberstalking and computer trespass was sentenced Wednesday in King County Juvenile Court to six months’ probation.

The girl apologized in court and said her 11-year-old target didn’t deserve to be treated like that.

KOMO reports the girls had been friends at Issaquah Middle School, but after a falling out she used the victim’s Facebook account to post obscene messages and solicit sex.

The victim’s mother says the family is still coping with the repercussions.
