MEDFORD, Ore. (AP) — The last of three suspects in the burglary last month of more than $10,000 worth of oxycodone and other prescription pills from a southern Oregon pharmacy has been arraigned on theft, drug and other charges.
The Mail Tribune reports that 25-year-old Shehan Michale Boehme of Medford pleaded not guilty Monday in Jackson County Circuit Court following his arrest Saturday.
Boehme faces charges of burglary, aggravated theft, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, criminal mischief and illegal possession of oxycodone.
Jackson County sheriff’s deputies say three suspects used a brick to break through a back door of the Gold Hill Pharmacy on May 17 in the town of Gold Hill, tripping a security alarm. When deputies arrived, they spotted three men running from the building. Two other suspects face similar charges.
