LINCOLN CITY, Ore. (AP) — A 17-year-old boy has been charged with murder after an investigation into the death of a man in Lincoln City on the Oregon coast.
The Lincoln County district attorney’s office said Monday the cause of death remains under investigation after the body of a man was found Sunday afternoon at a home in Lincoln City.
The names of the victim and the suspect were not immediately released.
Lincoln City police said they believe the suspect fled in the victim’s vehicle, which was recovered in the Portland area.
Police said the teenager was arrested Monday morning in Milwaukie.
