PHILADELPHIA (AP) — The Boston Red Sox have activated relievers Bobby Jenks and Franklin Morales from the 15-day disabled list.

Right-hander Scott Atchison and lefty Tommy Hottovy were optioned to Triple-A Pawtucket to make room on the roster. The moves were announced before Tuesday’s game against the Phillies.

Jenks has been out since June 8 because of tightness in his back. He’s 2-2 with a 6.57 ERA in 15 appearances.

Morales was placed on the DL on May 29 because of a left forearm strain. He has a 3.86 ERA in 14 games with Boston and Colorado this year.
