PORT TOWNSEND, Wash. (AP) — A delivery driver who had reported trouble with his truck was found crushed to death under a tire at a business near Port Townsend.
The Jefferson County sheriff’s office says 69-year-old Allen Clifford of Sedro-Woolley was found Wednesday by an employee reporting to work. The death is apparently an industrial accident.
The Peninsula Daily News reports the state Department of Labor and Industries is investigating.
