CAMAS — Jeff Lightheart went to a Portland Trail Blazers basketball game and won an $8,000 prize from the Oregon Lottery. The lottery gave all fans, 18 years or older and sitting in that night’s special section, a free “Ink” Scratch-it ticket at the start of the second quarter.

Lightheart scratched his ticket and uncovered the number 30, matching one of the three winning numbers on his ticket, and became an instant $8,000 top prize winner.

Lightheart claimed his prize at the Lottery office in Salem the next day.
