Saginaw wins Big A feature

NEW YORK (AP) — Saginaw, the 4-5 favorite, beat Chairman Now by 234 lengths Wednesday in the $45,000 allowance feature at Aqueduct.

Cornelio Velasquez rode for trainer Chad Brown as the 5-year-old got his fifth win in 13 starts. The time was 1:39.10 for the mile.

Saginaw paid $3.80, $2.30 and $2.10. Chairman Now returned $3 and $2.10. No Mine paid $2.30 to show.
