Hamilton helps Pistons end 3-game skid

AUBURN HILLS, Mich. (AP) — Richard Hamilton scored 24 points, Greg Monroe added 21 points and 10 rebounds, and the Detroit Pistons ended a three-game losing streak with a 107-93 victory over the Toronto Raptors on Wednesday night.

Toronto scored the game’s first basket, but never led again.

Tayshaun Prince added 22 points for the Pistons and Rodney Stuckey, Detroit’s leading scorer, had a career-high 14 assists while taking just one shot.

Andrea Bargnani led Toronto with 20 points, while Leandro Barbosa added 18 off the bench.
