Stocks open higher after revised GDP report

NEW YORK (AP) — Stocks are pushing higher at the opening of trading after the government said the economy grew at a faster pace than expected at the end of last year.

The Commerce Department said Friday that gross domestic product rose at a 3.1 percent annual rate in the fourth quarter of 2010.
