Recent commercial real estate transactions as reported by area brokerage firms.

JR Perrott has purchased a building at 12613 N.E. 95th St., Vancouver, from Aerovision Investments LLC for $800,000. Terry Phillips of The Phillips Group represented the buyer; Adam Roselli of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the seller.

Pacific Coast Shredding has leased 38,752 square feet of industrial space at Columbia Business Center, 2001 S.E. Columbia Way, Building 41, Bays 10 and 11, Suite F, Vancouver. Dave Brown of Columbia Commercial Properties represented the landlord and the tenant.

Revival Baptist Church has purchased a 14,097-square-foot church building on 2.45 acres from Westminster Presbyterian Church for $1,200,000. The church is at 411 S.E. Chkalov Drive, Vancouver. Dave Brown of Columbia Commercial Properties represented the buyer and the seller.
