Amelia Mary Meagher was born April 20, 2011, at Oregon Health and Science University in Portland.
She weighed 7 pounds, 3 ounces and was 20.5 inches long.
She joins a sister, Emma, 2, at home.
Grandparents are Eldon and Jacque Stuhr of Camas, Sherena Osteen of Littleton, Colo., and Dan and Patsy Meagher of Milwaukie, Ore.
