BALTIMORE (AP) — The Houston Texans have placed fullback James Casey on the inactive list for Sunday’s game against Baltimore.
Casey has been nursing a chest injury. He will be replaced in the starting lineup by Lawrence Vickers.
The Ravens are without guard Ben Grubbs, who has turf toe. Andre Gurode starts in his place on the left side of the line.
Houston wide receiver Andre Johnson, who is recovering from hamstring surgery, is also inactive — as expected.
Other notable inactives for Baltimore: linebacker Sergio Kindle, safety Tom Zbikowski and cornerbacks Jimmy Smith and Chris Carr.
