SPOKANE, Wash. (AP) — Hall of Fame receiver Steve Largent and the Seattle Seahawks Sea Gals are helping the Washington Lottery promote a raffle to benefit military veterans.

Rallies are scheduled Friday afternoon at Riverfront Park in Spokane and Saturday afternoon at Cheney Stadium in Tacoma.

Hometown Heroes raffle tickets went on sale Monday at $10 each. The drawing will be held on Veterans Day. Players will have a chance to win more than 3,000 prizes, including 24 top prizes of $50,000.

Proceeds benefit a Washington State Department of Veterans Affairs program that provides crisis relief, education and employment assistance for Washington veterans.
