POWELL BUTTE, Ore. (AP) — A Powell Butte farmer was killed Sunday when a hay wagon collapsed on him.
KTVZ reports (http://bit.ly/oVdJzS ) Crook County deputies found 52-year-old Michael Rachor (RASH-ur) dead at the scene.
