OTTAWA (AP) — Mika Zibanejad scored 3:17 into overtime to give the Ottawa Senators a 2-1 preseason victory over the Boston Bruins on Wednesday night.

The sixth overall pick in this year’s draft, Zibanejad took a cross-ice feed from Brian Lee and fired a slap shot past Boston’s Tuukka Rask.

Lee scored the other goal for Ottawa, while Nick Foligno had two assists.

Lane MacDermid scored for the Bruins, who got 34 saves from Rask.

Craig Anderson, making his preseason debut, allowed one goal on 11 shots for Ottawa. Alex Auld played the second half of the game for the Senators, stopping all 14 shots he faced.

MacDermid scored at the 7-minute mark of the second period and the Senators tied it just over a minute later when Lee beat Rask through a screen.
