Health Worker Report

The Health Professions Quality Assurance office of the state Department of Health recently took disciplinary actions or has withdrawn charges against these Clark County health care providers.

In February, the Nursing Assistant Program charged certified nursing assistant Cherri S. Boltz with unprofessional conduct. She allegedly entered into a romantic and sexual relationship with a patient.

In February, the Board of Pharmacy ended the probation order against pharmacist Steven R. Tomlinson.

In March, the Board of Pharmacy charged pharmacy technician Cory A. Reese with unprofessional conduct. He allegedly tested positive for marijuana in a urinalysis provided by his employer.
