Recent commercial real estate transactions as reported by area brokerage firms.

AAL Inc., dba All About Nutrition, has renewed its lease of 2,180 square feet and expanded into an additional 2,420 square feet at the Community First Center, 1307 N.E. 78th St., Suites 4 and 5, Vancouver. Trevor Sosky of KW Commercial represented the tenant.

Competitive Engineering has leased 1,700 square feet of executive office space at Washougal Town Square, 1700 Main St., Suite 242, Washougal.

Russian Food Market has leased 2,341 square feet of retail space at Cascade Village, 516 S.E. Chkalov Drive, Suite 27, Vancouver, from the Al Angelo Company. The anticipated move-in date is July 1. Brett Irons of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins-Bernhardt Associates represented the landlord.

Ryan Paul, dba New Athlete, has leased 2,900 square feet of retail space at 78th Street Plaza, 1503 N.E. 78th St., Vancouver, from Larry Kelley. Trevor Sosky of KW Commercial represented both parties.

Shear Trends has renewed its lease of 800 square feet of retail space at 9317 Professional Plaza, 9317 N.E. Highway 99, Vancouver, from Wei Ping Li Yeung and Chi Keung Yeung. Jennifer Miesner of Columbia Commercial Properties represented both parties.

STE Wing Investment has purchased a 1,500-square-foot retail building at 221 N.E. Fourth Avenue, Camas, from Hooba’s Hospitality LLC for $140,000. Trevor Sosky of KW Commercial represented the seller.
