JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (AP) — Jaguars receiver Justin Blackmon signed a four-year deal worth about $18.5 million and took part in his first practice at training camp.

Blackmon must have three days of non-contact practice before he’s allowed to put on full pads. Coach Mike Mularkey said after practice Tuesday that Blackmon will not play in the first preseason game Friday against the New York Giants.

Blackmon, the fifth pick in the NFL draft, missed the first 11 days of practice. He was the last of the 32 first-round picks to sign a contract.

Several days before camp opened, Blackmon pleaded guilty to an aggravated DUI charge that occurred in June in Stillwater, Okla.
