YPSILANTI, Mich. (AP) — Eastern Michigan has retained basketball coach Rob Murphy.
Murphy says he’s had an opportunity to work for the Orlando Magic.
He was named the Mid-American Conference Coach of the Year last season after helping the Eagles win their first division title in his first year at the school.
