Recent commercial real estate transactions as reported by area brokerage firms.

Accuride Corporation has leased 858 square feet of office space in the Angelo Building, 404 E. 15th St., Suite 5, Vancouver. Doug Bartocci of Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the tenant. Brett Irons of Coldwell Banker Commercial represented the landlord.

Annahit K, a bakery, has leased 713 square feet of space at 9106 N.E. Highway 99, Suite B, Vancouver, from Maria’s Properties LLC. Ron Kawamoto of Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the landlord and the tenant.

Coast 2 Coast CDL Training, a commercial truck-driver training business, has leased 700 square feet of retail and office space at 9110 N.E. Highway 99, Suite A, Vancouver, from Maria’s Properties LLC. Ron Kawamoto of Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the landlord and the tenant.

Next Shot Sportsgear, a non-profit group specializing in new and used sporting equipment, has leased 2,975 square feet from Great Field LLC at Plaza 99, 6303 N.E. Highway 99, Vancouver. Trevor Sosky of KW Commercial represented the landlord.

PNW Labs LLC dba Any Lab Test Now! has leased 1,200 square feet of retail space at Fourth Plain Square, 5201 E. Fourth Plain Blvd., Suite 105, Vancouver. Trevor Sosky of KW Commercial represented the tenant and landlord.

Russell Properties LLC has purchased the building and property at 21211 N.E. 72nd Ave., Battle Ground, from International Church of the Foursquare for $420,000. Joe Sosky and Trevor Sosky of KW Commercial represented the seller, and Joe Sosky of KW Commercial represented the buyer.

Tola Angkor Asian Market Food LLC, an Asian and European food specialty store, has leased 4,172 square feet of retail space from Grand Gates Inc. at Evergreen Retail Center, 11320 N.E. 49th St., Suites 203-205, Vancouver. Trevor Sosky and Eric Constable of KW Commercial represented the landlord and Trevor Sosky represented the tenant.
