ABERDEEN, Wash. (AP) — Police say a transient used a library computer for sexually explicit communications with a 13-year-old girl in Aberdeen.

Police arrested the 18-year-old last week for investigation of communication with a minor for immoral purposes.

Aberdeen Det. John Hudson tells KBKW the girl’s parents contacted police Thursday after they discovered the communication on her Facebook page. The two also exchanged photos.
