BISCHOFSHOFEN, Austria (AP) — Gregor Schlierenzauer finished third in the final event of the Four Hills Tour on Friday to become the fourth straight Austrian winner of the ski jumping competition.
He won the opening two events to claim his first Four Hills Tour victory.
Thomas Morgenstern, who won the tour last year, placed first in the final event to finish second in the Four Hills Tour standings.
Becauseof poor weather conditions, the event was delayed several times and finally shortened to just one round of jumps.
Fellow Austrian Andreas Kofler remained in the lead of the World Cup standings.
