Letter: La Center drama is outstanding

The Columbian
Published: January 21, 2012, 4:00pm

La Center is blessed to have Don Landes-McCullough heading up its arts and drama efforts. Every year my husband and I attend the school’s drama productions and are always amazed and delighted at the uniqueness and quality of these plays.

This year’s effort, “Pinky — a Darker Tale of Red,” based on the tale of “Little Red Riding Hood” but presented with an unusual and interesting twist — was outstanding.

Aside from some truly exceptional acting, the sets, costuming and makeup were also remarkable.

Congratulations to La Center High School for another wonderful production.
