HUBBARD, Ore. (AP) — Oregon State Police say a woman was struck and killed Wednesday night on Highway 99E in Hubbard.
Police say the 59-year-old woman was walking across the highway when she was hit by a van making a turn. She was flown to a Portland hospital where she died.
