CORTLAND, N.Y. (AP) — Jeff Otah has failed his physical again with the Jets, meaning New York’s trade with Carolina is off and the offensive tackle is headed back to the Panthers.
Otah was acquired by the Jets last Monday, but failed his physical and was placed on the active-physically unable to perform list.
