STILLWATER, Okla. (AP) — Authorities in Oklahoma say Jacksonville Jaguars first-round draft pick receiver Justin Blackmon is being held on $1,000 bail after he was arrested on an aggravated DUI charge.

Payne County Sheriff Sgt. Brandon Ingham says the 22-year-old former Oklahoma State star was booked into the jail Sunday morning after Stillwater police arrested him.

The Jaguars drafted Blackmon with the fifth pick in this year’s NFL draft in the hopes that he can upgrade the league’s worst offense.

Jaguars spokesman Dan Edwards says the team is aware of the report and is gathering information.

Stillwater police didn’t return a phone message seeking comment. A report of the incident wasn’t immediately available.

Ingham says there wasn’t an attorney listed in jail records.
