JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (AP) — The Jacksonville Jaguars have signed fifth-round draft pick Brandon Marshall to a contract.
Marshall, a 6-foot-2, 243-pound linebacker from Nevada, was the 142nd overall selection in April’s NFL draft. He is the fourth of the team’s six draft picks to sign deals.
Marshall never missed a game in four seasons for the Wolpack, playing in all 52 games. During his senior season, he had a career-high 102 tackles, with 10 tackles for loss and two sacks.
The Jaguars have two pick remaining to sign: first-round receiver Justin Blackmon and third-round punter Bryan Anger.
The team will hold a mandatory, three-day minicamp next week.
