SEDRO-WOOLEY, Wash. (AP) — The Washington State Patrol is looking for the driver of a car that ran off a road near Sedro-Woolley, killing the passenger.
Trooper Keith Leary told KING-TV the car landed in a slough Monday morning and the driver fled on foot.
