Recent commercial real estate transactions as reported by area brokerage firms.

Bill Brown, screenwriter and producer of independent films, has leased an executive suite at 310 W. 11th St., Vancouver, from The Phillips Group. Terry Phillips of The Phillips Group represented both parties.

Christina Moe, dba American Family Insurance, has leased 1,180 square feet of retail space at the Evergreen Marketplace, 3307 Evergreen Way, Suite 703, Washougal, from EM Center LLC. Trevor Sosky of KW Commercial represented the tenant and Mert Meeker of MBM Properties represented the landlord.

Dr. Tom Opdahl has leased 600 square feet of office space at MidTown Commons, 21 W. Main St., Suite 101, Battle Ground, from Silverado Group LLC. Trevor Sosky of KW Commercial represented both parties.

Gerald Breunig and Diane Rohrbach have purchased land for a container transport business at the former Hambleton Lumber site, 520 S. 28th St., Washougal, from VFC Properties LLC. The purchase price was $1,825,000. Ron Kawamoto and Sierk Braam of Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented both parties.

Joshua Transport Inc., a truck transportation business, has leased 3,000 square feet of warehouse and office space at 15403 N.E. Caples Road, Brush Prairie, from Jury Properties II LLC. Ron Kawamoto of Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the landlord.

Quantum Chiropractic has leased 3,558 square feet of office space at Columbia Tech Center, 17720 S.E. Mill Plain Blvd., Suite 160, Vancouver. Trevor Sosky of KW Commercial represented the tenant.

RC Mergo LLC, specializing in bulk transportation, has leased 63,000 square feet of warehouse space at 705 S.E. Victory Ave., Vancouver, from CBC 1, 2, 3 LLC. Terry Phillips of The Phillips Group represented the tenant and Dave Brown of Columbia Commercial Properties represented the landlord.
