PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) — A Portland police captain who was suspended less than two years ago for memorializing five Nazi soldiers was picked to provide leadership training this year to command staff.
The Oregonian (http://is.gd/8vPLA2 ) requested information from the bureau that showed Capt. Mark Kruger developed a training course called “Leadership and the Resolution of Common Tactical Problems” and taught it to sergeants, lieutenants and commanders.
