• Coldwell Banker broker Margaret Ferrell has recently earned her certified distressed-property expert designation and is able to help homeowners who are facing foreclosure or are “upside down” in their mortgages and want to sell a home. • Kevin Kriesien has joined Jones Lang LaSalle, a Portland-based commercial real estate brokerage that also operates in Vancouver. Kriesien is a senior associate and broker who specializes in industrial and flex properties.

• Mark Trupp of Camas has been appointed as Wells Fargo’s community banking district manager for Southwest Washington. He is in charge of service, sales and community involvement efforts at 12 Wells Fargo bank branches in Vancouver, Camas, Battle Ground and Portland. A Wells Fargo employee since 1993, Trupp previously served in a similar position in Salem, Ore.
