Mount St. Helens reopening Coldwater center

MOUNT ST. HELENS, Wash. (AP) — Mount St. Helens is reopening the Coldwater Ridge center visitor center for the first time since it closed in 2008.

The News Tribune (http://is.gd/UuffrI ) reports the center has been renovated with more than $700,000 in economic stimulus funds. It will serve as an educational venue for monument staff and outside groups.
