Bucs sign WR Underwood, release DT Wade

TAMPA, Fla. (AP) — The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have signed receiver Tiquan Underwood to a two-year contract and waived defensive tackle Myles Wade.

Underwood rejoins first-year Bucs coach Greg Schiano, who also coached the fourth-year pro in college at Rutgers.

Underwood spent last season with the New England Patriots and has appeared in 19 career games with 11 receptions for 141 yards. He was a seventh-round draft pick of the Jacksonville Jaguars in 2009.
