FLORHAM PARK, N.J. (AP) — Grammy-winning artist Lenny Kravitz, a lifelong New York Jets fan, will perform at halftime of the team’s game Thursday night against the New England Patriots.

The halftime show will feature a medley of Kravitz’s hits and include “Like A Jet,” a song he wrote exclusively for the team as part of the Pepsi NFL Anthems program, in which artists penned “anthems” for seven NFL teams. Fans can get a free download of the songs at PepsiAnthems.com.

The Jets also announced Monday that they will partner with the American Red Cross to collect monetary donations to help Superstorm Sandy victims at all MetLife Stadium gates, with the team matching the total donation, up to $100,000, made by fans that night. The team will also honor 100 first responders during the game.
