The Health Systems Quality Assurance Division of the state Department of Health recently took disciplinary actions or has withdrawn charges against these Clark County health care providers.

In October, the Nursing Assistant Program charged registered nursing assistant Amy Raelynne Ross, also known as Amy Raelynne Comella, with unprofessional conduct. She allegedly tested positive for marijuana during a workplace drug test. She also admitted to recreational marijuana use

In November, the Oregon State Board of Nursing placed Maureen E. Kemmy’s registered nurse license on probation for 24 months for practicing nursing while impaired and using intoxicants to the extent injurious to herself or others. She resides in Vancouver.

In November, the Oregon State Board of Nursing reprimanded Blair V. Lower’s registered nurse license for inaccurate and incomplete record-keeping, and failing to maintain client records in a timely manner. She resides in Vancouver.
