Ogden Elementary School Media Center, 8100 N.E. 28th St.

Help Reactivate Fisher’s Landing East Neighborhood Association, 6:30 p.m., Fire Station No. 9, 17408 S.E. 15th St.: FLENA is one of the largest neighborhood associations in the city but is not currently active. Active associations need to meet at least once a year, establish a board of directors and create a community master plan. Communication outside the meeting can be done via email, website and/or newsletter.

Esther Short Neighborhood Association, 6:30 p.m., Hilton Vancouver Washington, 301 W. Sixth St.: Celebrate the 20th anniversary of the neighborhood association.

West Minnehaha Neighborhood Association, 7 p.m., Minnehaha Elementary School media center, 2800 N.E. 54th St.
