Steps to build the business: Owner Kevin Bryan said he develops lasting business relationships with his clients, which helps build his business by making sure all his customers are completely satisfied with the service they receive. He also keeps the company’s vehicles and equipment up to date and trains staff to ensure quality workmanship.

Greatest challenge: The type and variety of vehicles, locks, keys and hardware that needs to be serviced is enormous, Bryan said. It can be very difficult at times to keep abreast of all of the changes, he said.
