o William H. “Bill” Collins, the director of environmental, health, safety and security at Tidewater Barge Lines, has joined Columbia Springs’ board of directors. Collins is a licensed geologist/hydrogeologist in Washington, Oregon and Florida. The nonprofit Columbia Springs provides educational experiences that foster a greater awareness of the natural world.
o Howard Turner, founder and owner of Hamilton Wholesale, a Vancouver-based business that brokers printing supplies to businesses across the United States, has joined the board of directors of Portland Rescue Mission. Turner also owns a consulting business providing sales and management training. He lives in Vancouver.
o Linda Reid, vice president of West Coast Bank, was elected president of Evergreen Habitat for Humanity board of directors. Other board members include Barry Kalian, Global Business Development manager at Underwriter Laboratories, vice president; Brad Eriksen, attorney with Jordan Ramis PC, continues as treasurer; and Stacia White, associate accounting manager of Kyocera Industrial Ceramics Corp., continues as secretary.
