DEL MAR, Calif. (AP) — Reneesgotzip led all the way to win the $85,000 feature for fillies and mares by 514 lengths at Del Mar on Thursday.
Ridden by Edwin Maldonado, Reneesgotzip ran 6 furlongs in 1:09.59 and paid $6, $3.40 and $2.80 while winning for the sixth time in 11 career starts.
Executiveprivilege returned $3.60 and $2.10 in her first start of the year, while Curvy Cat was another 114 lengths back in third and returned $3.20 to show.
Gypsy Robin, the 8-5 favorite, faded to fourth.
Rafael Bejarano rode four winners on the eight-race card, matching Joel Rosario’s feat on opening day Wednesday.
