Washougal — There are many more accoutrements at Captain William Clark Park thanks to Clark County Rotary Clubs’ Centennial Project. Local Rotarians had already bought five benches with granite markers with about half of the $23,300 it began raising in 2005 to honor Rotary International’s 100 year anniversary. This fall, the remaining $11,500 from that fund was used to buy six more benches, 10 barbecue grills and four concrete charcoal disposal units.
