Vancouver Moose heralded

Landover-Sharmel — A Vancouver man received a rare Pilgrim Degree of Merit honor from the Loyal Order of the Moose fraternal organization. Vancouver Lodge 1774 member Rodney Arionus went in May to the House of God in Mooseheart, Ill., for a ceremony. The Pilgrim Degree is given to members for their outstanding dedication to charitable service. A celebration will be held here at home at 3 p.m. Oct. 19 in the Vancouver Moose Lodge, 11018 N.E. 18th St.
