Robert Morris beats Wagner in 17-13 comeback win

STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. (AP) — Marcus Prather passed for 204 yards and two touchdowns while engineering a 17-13 Robert Morris comeback over Wagner in a Northeastern Conference matchup Saturday.

Robert Morris (3-4, 1-1 NEC) trailed most of the game but Prather launched the late comeback with a 10-yard TD pass to Duane Mitchell, who racked up 141 yards receiving, to tie the game at 10-10 with 7:18 left. The defense then held Wagner (2-6, 1-3) to a field goal, and Prather connected with Tyler Digby on an 11-yard touchdown pass in the Colonials next possession to take the lead.

They cemented the win when Derik Abbot intercepted a Kramer Berg pass to stall Wagner’s final drive. It was Wagner’s third turnover of the game.

The Seahawks dominated the ground game, with Dominque Williams rushing for 177 yards and a touchdown. It marked Williams’ 26th game with more than 100 yards rushing,
