Sea-Tac passengers warned about luggage thefts

SEATAC — Port of Seattle police are warning passengers to keep an eye on their luggage at Sea-Tac Airport.

Spokesman Perry Cooper says thieves posing as passengers have been grabbing bags off luggage carousels. He says they watch for a bag that has gone around three or four times and take it.

KIRO reports Port of Seattle police have increased patrols with uniformed and undercover officers.
