Having spent multiple hours attempting to make sense out of the sundry proposals, maps, etc., as it relates to Clark County Commissioner David Madore’s “Bridge to Nowhere,” I have arrived at the inescapable conclusion that Clark County eminently qualifies … “The inmates are running the asylum.”
